I respectfully disagree HedgeHog & ShamsWoof10 in regards to Cris/Bookmaker having the best loyalty program out there.
I know that they do offer some nice perks with it and all, but I do know of one poster here at SBR that was cutoff from it, and to my knowledge he never received a reason/explanation for it.

Heritage gave me a huge bonus for Halloween and another one coming Dec 17th for Xmas. Plus the -107 juice in the day gotta love it. Never been treated better by any book ever.המוסד
