I was reading many articles about people sending payments on eBay through ** and each one thought it was a scam and was getting money stolen. Is ** really this unsafe or is that just for eBay payments. I want to use ** for 5dimes but now I'm unsure. also, what do y'all think of ***************?

They mean that because it untraceable. You could pick up on ** you know the transfer number to and the recipient . So dishonest people have eBay auctions, have the buyer send a ** to a different person, pick it up, then claim they never got it. Its perfectly safe for funding offshore accounts.

why do people have to send money on e-bay via **? They can use paypal to pay on e-bay' s purchases without paying any additional fees.

i dont know if ** is safe but i would go with paypal if i were you if you want to be safe

Western Unon is also good for sending money anonymously, You don't need id to send under 1K, and the receiver doesn't need an id to pick it up as long as the sender lists a test question.
