betoto closed account and stole my winnings

Just want to share my frustration and let everyone know what happened at this sporstbook:

I've opened an account at betoto on June (after my friend reffered). BetOT gave me some friendship bonus (I believe it was 15 euro) for my first deposit. I've lost all of it made some more small deposits and then they offered another bonus 50% up to 50 euro. I took it and started winning. Cleared the bonus on sportsbook and in addition, started playing poker and winning some euros there. last week, I even refered some friends to betoto since I liked the sportsbook a lot.

Yesterday I tried to access my account and during the login I received a message that my account is suspended and I must contact support which I emediately did. This morning, they sent me a letter and informed that my account will stay closed and that only my deposits will be paid out after I'll send them utility bills (i've uploaded my ID voluntarily some time ago).

There were ~300 euros in my account (deposits + sportsbook and poker winnings).

It is just amazing that they didn't provide any reason for their actions and are stating some meaningless point:

It's just unbelievable that a brunch of bwin can do such a thing. Is it even legal to close an account this way and say that we'll pay out only your deposits???

Do all of you and your referring / referred friends have separate IP addresses? Have you ever placed bets from the same IP address (eg. internet cafe, a friend's house)?

Did you play poker against the friend that referred you or the friends you referred?

BWin has a good relationship with SBR, so if that extends to Betoto, it's worth filling out the complaint form, to see if they can get your current balance back (ie. including winnings), not just the deposits. The link to the form is in my signature.

I believe the friend who refered me to betoto might have used my laptop to login to his account some time ago since he's a good fried and visits me pretty often. My IP is static and he has an account at betoto for a long time. It was me who joined betoto only recently.

Well, at this it doesn't look good. Their support isn't even trying to hear me out and only my deposits will be paid out. bye bye 200 euros...

Not sure what is wrong with this bookmaker. One of my refered friends just said that his account got closed right away after he made the first deposit. Glad that he didn't have enough time to make any bets and win anything.

Betoto/Bwin is a stay away bookie! They also closed my account after I referred some friends from their so-called promotional friendship bonus...bull crap!! good thing it was only 'bonus' funds.
BMR moved Bwin to the RED list after they voided live winning bets. If you play there take your money [out] and run )

i got mine from a forum...they should put in terms that 'friends' need to be from childhood or high-school or something...and we need to prove it...anyway to make a long story short if you refer more than say 5 friends, goodbye account. only best-friends please
