betoto validates lost a winner bet, asking for another source to prove the contrary
I have a bet which I know is a winner but they validated lost.

Johanna Larsson (SWE) - Karolina Pliskova (CZE) Correct Score (Set 2, Game 3) Player 1 wins to 15
I know my bet should be won because I watched the game live.
    And the score was: 0-15 0-30 0-40 15-40 break
I placed my bet at 15-40
Betoto didn't updated the score, they let it 0-40 and after the break they validated as break to 0.

Now they ask for another source that can prove the contrary

So where can I find another source?

They don't accept a Bet365 screenshot with the correct result.

i think that bookies ususllay have something in their t's and c's stating about official results, ususally regulatory body (eg FIFA, or FA) for different sports, and their results are settled on what they say, however some books also refer to the press association as a back up, you should ask the book what results source they used for grading your bet as a loser!

Thanks, but they will probably say I must be the one to come with an official proof.
I will try to contact WTA Prague

Had a look but could not find any details of exact games. Had a look at a few bookies too to check if they had archived streams but could not find any. I am sure if you look hard enough you will maybe find something. Hope you get it sorted!

You placed your bet when the score was already 15-40, and the bookie hadn't updated the score (and thus we assume odds) from 0-40?

yes - Santo points out correctly. the fact that they'd let you place the bet so late implies that there's something wrong - perhaps you placed the bet on the next game in set?

in any case, browse wta.com for result.
