When it says "get 25% extra cash bonus ON TOP of whatever bonus is offered by the sportsbook on deposits up to $500," does this mean that the max bonus is $500, or the 25% is capped at $500 deposits, for a max bonus of $125?

The bonus is on deposits up to $500 as the offer page states:

Get 25% extra cash bonus ON TOP of whatever bonus is offered by the sportsbook on deposits up to $500.

So if you redeem the offer following the signup steps and deposit $500, you would be credited $125 — and you would still receive whatever the standard signup bonus was.

You can deposit more than $500 if you like, but can only redeem 25% of the $500, so a $3K deposit still gets the $125.
