Can any mods help with a Matchbook issue?

Matchbook has fixed this. The three players affected by this glitch have had their bets voided.

I want to extend a sincere thank you to Justin and SBR for investigating this and getting me my money. I also want to thank Matchbook for making this right. It was only $100, but it is so much more about the principle than the money.

matchbook should do it like betfair afther the market is close or suspended when(if) it reopen all previous bet are cancel.

you're lucky it's only 100$.. i swear to GOD, about 4 months ago, i put in an offer on an NHL game.. i remember the game too.. DET/CMB.. line was -120. i put in an offer 6,000 to win 5,000.. i was practically sure.. so close to 100% sure.. that i cancelled the offer with 1 min to post.. i have put in over 85,000 bets since start at matchy and i NEVER made a mistake yet.. i bet very cautiously..


then after the games, i see i am missing 6k.. wtf..wtf..: i lost 1-0.

i called up and argued till i was blue in the face.. they said NO, it was matched. now how the fukk am i supposed to know.. i have no proof.. but if i went to SBR, i might have had a chance.. maybe they could have gone further on the investigation, i don't know...but i didn't think of it.

i might have fukked up, but i will never know for certain.. i am sure matchy wouldn't pull a fast one on me because it has never happened again, but i wish i knew why it ddn't cancel. it cost me so big.. i wish that mistake was only 100$.

now i check my plays all the time before they start..

Many a time I've found the screen doesn't show bets , matched and/or unmatched, until I exit and re-enter the page
