what book has the lowest min. bet

what books have the lowest min. bet... the reason i ask this is because one of my freinds is brand new to sports betting and he wants to get a feel for things with VERY small risk..... i know some books have $5, $1 min bets but is there any where lower then that?... anyways thanks guys

BetPHX and 5Dimes u can both wager 1 dollar

lots of books are a dollar, few exchanges can bet pennies

eurobooks like paddypower, ladbrokes and willhill, partybets accept bets of only 0.1cent.
if you are american i think only matchbook accepts pennies bets.

bet365 has 20 cents if you can use them , don't win to much they cut you to 5 cents
