I was playing WagerChief's live BJ and the connection was lost, so I wasn't able to play the hand (didn't even see the hand), instead of just refunding me my original bet amount, they credited my account with the winnings as well. The manager I spoke to was very polite and helpful, this is a solid book. I'll admit I was very upset at first because I thought the worst and felt like I was going to get cheated my money, but they really impressed me with how they handle it.
