If you have a dispute, be very careful before doing a **********. This makes it much harder for me to help the player... I frequently see disputes where a player has a problem with a book, and threatens to do a charge back. Once a player threatens this, almost anything a book does (at least closing the account and refunding the deposit) is reasonable.
