I just got some of these, I thought they would be split in increments of $2500, would I have to fill out any paperwork?, and have stuff reported?, I kind of wish they would have been smaller.

You won't have to fill out any paperwork if your just depositing into your bank, however I would advise that you report those types of check amounts on your taxes though.
