Bookmaker/DSI won't let me bet full amount of freeplay
Your Freeplay available amount is: 60.00 USD and you are risking: 60.00 USD. Customer Service tells me to bet 59.99. I don't know why they want to steal from their players now? This never happened before. A+ book I think not.

It could be due to rounding if you have had freeplays there before. I know with JustBet I had $101 in freeplay for some reason, but it would only let me do $100... which was that I should have gotten anyway. But it probably displayed $101 due to some rounding error.

The book gives him $60 worth of freeplay promotion and he actually felt the need to post a complaint here because the software would only allow him to bet $59.99 of it.

Call your Cris Book and ask them to delete the penny if it bothers you that much. Just my two cents about your one cent.

This reminds me of the movie Office Space. They take a few cents from everyone and then before you know it they have hundreds of thousands because people are too scared to say something. Its not a software problem because this never happened before. They did this on purpose. I used to always bet the full freeplay before this timeComment -
