5 Dimes CC question

Does 5 Dimes always require documentation if you deposited by Credit Card?I deposited today and it says on their site they MAY require documents before a payout.

I don't think 5Dimes is still accepting CC deposit. I already tried many times with several **** cards. none of them was accepted.
