Using ********** on books in the u.s.a

It seems more and more, master-card is not being offered from sports book. it upsets me. The book i currently use, Intertops. They seem to me like the only one that still offers them that i could find. I want to switch books too, because intertops no longer offers a free monthly withdrawl. ( they offer bank wire, but the intermediate bank charges 30).

Does anybody have any recommendations on what I could do? E-echeck would be a good option for me, but i can't even find that anymore

No one takes e-checks anymore for US customers.

i guess the only thing i can do is use , western union and pay 12 dollars in fees. or use ******** thing
