#7Takes over 2 weeks to get funds from this book unless you're giving them 9% for the withdrawal (Moneygram).Comment -

#8Of course this was back in July of 2009, but I took out $5K via 2 checks; both took 1 week to get to me and the fee was $25 per check. However, this was nearly a year ago. I did take another one out in August that took two weeks to get.Originally posted by TomatoTakes over 2 weeks to get funds from this book unless you're giving them 9% for the withdrawal (Moneygram).Comment -

#9Tomato suspects the problem is indeed with the processor, as Moneygram is processed within a few hours.
However he suspects that they sat with his money for a few weeks before sending it to the processor.
Whatever, Tomato has the funds to buy a house from this book.Comment -

BoDog was the same way this week. Had a small w/d but asked for it late Tuesday/early Wednesday morning, was sitting there on Thursday when I got home from work. Free.
BOL sucks, they pay a nice price to get the respect they do from SBR. For players there is money to be made there but be careful, very BOS-like operation.Comment -

That's all fine and dandy, question is,why should you have to file a complaint.Upper echelon books don't get complaints filed do they?

#17Almost all books get complaints. The only book on the recommended list I haven't seen a complaint against is Legends. All the others, a random issue creeps up at least every couple months. But they are generally in the right, and handling it fine before SBR gets involved.Originally posted by MBENZThat's all fine and dandy, question is,why should you have to file a complaint.Upper echelon books don't get complaints filed do they?
Looking back, it is a bit odd. I wonder how Legends has escaped player issues? They are a rec-book, which typically has more issues than others. In retrospect, my experience with them was very fair -- after making it clear they didn't want my action, they paid me my withdrawal request of my balance within 24 hours.Comment -

#19Thanks for Legends ad,but getting back to the topic at hand. How many times does this forum have to get a crowbar to pry the money out of these guys wallet? This is not the first time somebody has had to raise hell to get whats coming to them.Funny part is everytime they have finally paid which tells me the player is in the right.I've heard depositing is a piece of cake, shouldn't withdrawals be as easy?Originally posted by Justin7Almost all books get complaints. #20Was told that the bank wire requested 3 weeks ago would have to wait another week.
Should Tomato file a complaint? Large balance at this book and taking them 4 weeks to withdraw.Comment -

#21What! 4 Weeks from a B+ book to get your money. That is too long, unless you feel the reasons they are giving you seem truthful and plausible.Originally posted by TomatoWas told that the bank wire requested 3 weeks ago would have to wait another week.

#25they have many problems with their 3rd party processor, due to all the internal changes done, as a one of their managers told me right before getting laid off.

#29Stay away from this place. No more payout excuses. If they are slow paying, its a huge red flag.
