matchbook hasnt graded my wager. no livechat, no phone
1215 on a saturday, have not graded my soccer wagers. no way to reach them. i admit i need them but they are a joke. livechat says to call, call there is nobody there.

Their CS is poor. I did contact someone through Live chat and was advised to send an email. Sent the email Tuesday still waiting for a response. They're paying fast with regularity however which is most important.
