Is Nucharge going out of business?

I logged into Nucharge today...the first time in a long time. I notice the website directly links you to a page that only allows you to log in...no more new signups, no more anything, you can't even tell what they do based on the new homepage. When I log on, I realize that most of the links are gone and I can't even buy more phone minutes/deposit money. They don't process withdrawals and when I ordered ATM cards from two months ago, I still have not received them yet. Does anyone know what is going on?

Nucharge is pretty much done. If you have money in there, get it out. Bodog will allow you to deposit it back to them.

Stay away. They are just about done. Problem is, nobody knows if it's self-inflicted or are they getting pressure?
