Question about parlay rules.

I put in a small parlay last night and only 2 of the 3 fights took place, the 3rd was canceled. What is the rule of thumb here? Would this automatically be converted to a 2 team or must all action have taken place for the parlay to count?

The normal rule is that it reduced to a 2-team parlay.
