Just wanna share with the forum my experiance with Wagerchief specifically Shawn my account manager and the great job he did handling my issue.
So about 2 weeks ago I deposited $200 using Ewallet Express and brought my balance up at Wagerchief to $7xxx. Couple days ago I find out that my original deposit got rejected by my bank and that Ewallet Express was going to charge back the $200 from Wagerchief. Knowing this I started to make lot's of phone calls and Shawn was alot of help. He could have taken back the $7xxx and say sorry but the original deposit did not clear. He gave me time to clear things up with Ewallet Express which I did and got my payout from Wagerchief for about half my balance today. The reason it got rejected was I bank with a small bank and starting June 1st they told me no more gambling transactions and that they are putting a stop payment on it.
