pinnacle banned me due to using robotic tools

could someone please explain what robotic tools are i can only think its sportspunter software is this true and has anyone else been banned for this doesnt everybody doing surebets open up pinnacle and sportspunter at the same time ive been doing this for years and its only now happenned cant think why would welcome anyones views cheers slam65

Just email them to get unbanned. They banned my IP once because I refreshed way too much for NBA or MLB live game. I was doing it manually and refreshing maybe 20-30 times a min. But a quick email solved the problem.

If that software is what I think it is (arbitrage to pick off a moving market) then how can you be surprised that they would want to ban you?

You need to use their xml feed to get lines for your software. Otherwise you'll get banned everytime

Weird, I did the same thing (refreshing during live games, IP banned). Do you have an account at Pinny? I sent an email to them and they said they couldn't remove the IP ban at this time (I have no Pinny account)

If your residency is in CR, it doesn't matter your citizenship. No need to use wifey, unless you were banned.

ahh, did not know that. yah, i'm married to a costa rican, so i have residency here, but i assumed that since i was still a u.s. citizen, i was prohibited from joining.

I ask as I visited via ship about 12 years ago heading through the Panama Canal. Stopped in some port city (don't remember which one) was a poor, dirty place but I had a fun filled day in the jungle. Still remember my horse "Quarto Mia" had a mind of its own as I constantly rode ahead of the local guides. Scenic place I am sure it is much more developed as this was some time ago.

weather is perfect year-round. safety is the only issue - but i've never had issues. maybe it would be a different story if i stumbled around drunk at 3am in downtown.

Yep, they don't allow automated software so their automated software will cut off your connection, but your actual betting account. Google will do the same thing with a toolbar that pulls multiple searches at once.

Since they changed their site my regular IP gets blocked out by them and I have to keep emailing them to get it fixed. I don't use a bot but just follow their dynamic lines without needing to refresh. So it is very annoying.
