I have a problem with bookie Triobet. As you know they all are 1 company (triobet, tobet and nordicbet). So, 06.06.2010 I did a bet on greece basketball, where Olympiakos played against Panathinaikos. My bet was +5.5 handicap on Panathinaikos. Well, the scenario there was strange and the match has been interrupted twice due hooligans. Finally, when almost hooligans were to turn out of doors, the match could contiuned. And Panathinaikos leading the whole match and when 1min was left the score showed 69-76. And...again hooligans were disaffected and the referee dedided to end the clash between these teams and the final has been annouced as 69-76. It means Panathinaios are greece champions. What did triobet? They waited the result and when, www.flashscore.com showed 20-0, they cancelled my bet. And sent me the email, which looks:
Your bet has been refunded due to our 36 hour rule : 3.15 If a match/event is being interrupted without an official result, the stake will be refunded unless the match/event is being resumed within 36 hours of the original starting time. If there is an official result within 36 hours of original starting time all placed bets will stand.

But...the official result was known it late evening (after 4 hours approx.), which is 69-76. I had conversations with triobet, but nothing. I have checked a lot of sites and especially greece federation official website, but nowhere I did not find the result 20-0. Also www.eurobasket.com and www.fiba.com showing the result 69-76. Plus I would like to inform, that I did bet during the livebetting as well, when Olympiakos leaded 11-0 I took +11,5 @ Bet365. Well, they paid out easily. My friend did a bet @ Betsafe and they paid out as well, local bookie did the same, but triobet would not. So, after conversations, they sent another mail:
our bookmakers claim that official result is 20-0 because game was not finished.
So all bets on this game has been canceled. It is our final decision
regarding this game.
Well, any ideas what to do and who is the winner in this situation? I have checked the terms as well, but the terms was written by sick dog I guess.
1st: I think I am the correct, due: 3.14 If a match/an event is being postponed by more than 36 hours from its original starting time, all bets on that match/event will be void and the stake will be refunded to your account.
2nd: 3.15 It is always the result after regular time that counts. Regular time includes the original full time and additional time for injuries, substitutions, etc. Extra time and sudden death is not included in regular time. The exceptions are basketball, curling, NFL and MLB, where extra time is included in the regular time.
