Most do not, or count differently (less).

Some do, but beware that the biggest % returning games such as Blackjack or Full Pay Video Poker often only count towards a % of the W/R or are totally excluded games

For example wager $1k on Blackjack & some books will only count this as 10% of your W/R so you have only knocked $100 off your required wagering.

I am currently with 3 books and for all of them the casino does not count towards the Rollover. Your better off just calling them to find out. Like LGboots said, every book has different T&C's.
