Does the live chat helper ask your credit card information?

Cuz somehow I couldn't deposit money online and I went to live chat for help.

and he asked me about the credit card information and my id and password.

It's my first time using sport online book, so I am wondering if this is just regular process or not.

Yes...its a regular process. If you feel uncomfortable, just call them directly...through phone they just need your last 4 digits of the card. Plus phone is way more faster than live chat.

and one more thing, do you need to send the pictures (forward & backward) of credit card you'll use in the book if its your first time using credit card?

Man this online betting thingy is way complicating than I thoght.

No, you have to send those pictures only while withdrawing. Depositing doesn't require you to send anything.

Wow, then I am in a special circumstance. the site asks me to submit the authorization form, photo id, and pictures of credit card.
