It drifted to that price at Stan James? What race, horse was it?

Does your horse race comply with the UK mainland rule? And you haven't been told they won't honour that promotion for you? I see that they restrict their free bets to certain countries only (are you outside those?), but it doesn't look like they restrict their Best Odds Guarantee in the same way. If you are in an excluded country, perhaps that's one explanation. Otherwise, contact them and see if it's just a simple mistake on their part.

They're a solid UK bookie, so there's definitely no dishonesty here. It's either a mistake (which they'll correct) or there's something in the terms that explains why you didn't get the better odds.

it was 16.45 folk mecox bay got 5odds 10 min before off i think and it drifted to 6,5 odds before start on stan james.

ive red the rules and cant find anything and asked livechat and they just said youre account is not eligible for it which i cant see as an answer for WHY im not eligible for it but thats all they want to say....

there should be international rules that force bookies to keep their promotions and payouts for all players.... because this is bullshit...

last i saw was 6,5 odds anyway hvaent found where to see their startingprice but just sec before go it was 6,5 even if it was 5-1 its 6 odds and one point less than i should have gotten.

agree they just remove privileges from your account without telling them, then when a horse won and it had drited they just say: well to bad for you but your a ccoutn dont have that .....
