note: not saying 5D made error. I am confused as to what -6.75 betting adjustment total is. please help.

included is screenshot. please help me understand why at the bottom, betting adjustment total -6.75 was deducted from account. Net profit for day includes +130.90 from wager and +16.81 from casino. should be +148. called 5Dimes... got some chick who insisted it was right was unwilling to even really go through it with me. busy morning i guess didn't want to deal with me over 6 dollars. I'm more concerned about the principal.

I know it's 6 bucks, and i'm not going to parade around the world over 6 dollars. it's just the principal that, if they can make accounting errors with 6 dollars, what's to stop an error if i wager thousands?

Please help me understand why betting adjustment total -6.75 took the profit from 147 to 140.

Did you wager on horses that day? 50Pennies offers a rebate to horse players on losing wagers, their account management software applies this credit as a betting adjustment total. That's also the method they use to credit players on their rebate program. Those would be the two most likely explanations.
