BETUSA French Open - Please Help
I placed a bet on the Field for the Women's French Open. Anyone who follows tennis saw yesterday that Francesa Schiavone won the tournament. She was not listed on the site and was in the field. As I tried explaining to BetUSA numerous times, there would be no reason why Schiavone would have individual odds, and if she did, I would not be calling to complain since I would have lost. Long story short, they are trying to screw me out of a lot of money by claiming she was 40 to 1. She was absolutely not 40 to 1 before the tournament started and was not listed on the site. I even copied and pasted the list for my own viewing interest and sent it to them as proof which they claim is not valid. The only way I can prove that I won the bet which is ridiculous is I have to show them a screen shot of the odds, which for some reason they claim to not have on record. I have no reason to have taken a screen shot and I am really upset that I will be cheated out of money.

Is there anyone who has a screen shot of the Women's French Open odds from BETUSA before the French Open started? If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. Please use this site with extreme caution as I will be withdrawing all of my money after this incident is over. Thank you.

If they are claiming she was 40/1 they are absolute liars or they must put up markets with extraordinarily high margins

I know of a couple of people who backed her (not at BetUS) at 220/1 after the draw came out

Moral: ALWAYS take screenshots of your bets

Do they take odds from / share odds with anyone else? That might provide more options for getting the pre-tournament offerings.

altough i doubt BetUS is telling the truth, odds of 40/1 when odds at for example Betfair are 220/1 are not that rare. books very often have extremely poor outright odds.

This is BetUSA (A Sportsbook.com variant who are however independently owned and have co-operated with SBR in the past) and not BetUS.

Shockingly they admitted their mistake and gave me the money. I appreciate all the responses. I had to a call a ton of times so they either got tired of me or maybe they saw the post on this site and didn't want the bad review. I'm happy what was fair and right happened in the end though and I got my money.
