My experience with Betonline has been fantastic for the most part. Obviously the most important thing is that they pay and I have recently received many checks and a few wires. I would just like to encourage Betonline to continue ensuring that wires are a way to withdrawal, as they are so much cheaper and more convenient way to move larger sums.

The best thing about Betonline is their customer service. I have been extremely happy with their customer service as they are 24 hrs a day and they actually can assist you in answering meaningful questions. They will give you a tracking number to your withdrawal, they will give you tracking numbers to past withdrawals. That is basically unheard of. Normally live chat is totally worthless and their aim is to give you the runaround. I think they're topnotch right now.

I hope they continue doing things the right way and from my experiences, they deserve a plug.

Just as grading by petition is dangerous, so is this... Normally we only have the posters credibiltiy to go on to judge whether the report is real or shilling, if people are now able to funnel these through moderators, then that is gone, except that the moderator implicitly takes on some responsibility for ensuring it is genuine. So, Justin, what checks did you carry out to ensure this was genuine and not a BetOnline/affiliate created e-mail?

N.B. I have no position for/against BetOnline (given their unwillingness to service non-US players, how could I?), however I raise this as I think it goes beyond this specific case - imagine if it was a Bet911 or BetPhoenix (who I also have no problem with) player in the current climate.

My only experience with them started after betonline posted here. I suggested that their ad to meet or beat any bonus was misleading because it was for free plays only. He agreed and matched another book's 100% cash bonus for 1K. Pretty stand-up. Zero complaints, but too brief of an experience to recommend them. Might give them another try when football starts.

The jury is still out for me. I am currently working with them and I believe they are trying but I have been more than frustrated at times. Ask me in a week... I want to give them some more time. On a positive note, I did receive a moneygram payout this past week

In this case you justified it, and I think everyone would be happy to take you at your word. But I do think it's a dangerous direction to be going down; people need to be able to judge the weight to give differing pieces of information.

Im not big on waiting 10 business days for a check..... And they told me they couldnt even giive me a tracking # unless its past 10 business days...

This was 3 months ago.. was very disappointed.

Tomato doesn't believe with their limits and off-market numbers that they will last very long.
