Yes...personally, I love it. Never had a problem. You can also make a ** or ** transaction online with a credit card and the book treats it the same as cash. Feel free to message me privately with any additional questions.

ive done this gambling stuff for quite some time.if it wasnt for western union i would more and likely quit gambling.trust me when i say this never worry about sending money using this method.just dont send to many times in a month.try also not sending over a thousand dollars,because you will have to show idenification,and if wesetern union finds a pattern with you they will ban you.i hope ive answered your questions.

Just doublecheck to make sure you have the names correct also. Its a pain to change them.

Has anyone actually been banned from Western Union, would they ban someone who made them money, seems like a dumb business decision. Western Union telling someone they cant send money seems strange to me because half of their transactions have to be related to gambling.

PS- I believe 999 is the max for W.U. and 799 for **.............as far as ID is concerned.

Bank wire, sending a cashier's check via FedEx, Gold-Pay... there are other ways.

you can always go to 2 different **'s. send money under a different name just put your home phone so if it is sent wrong you can change it... books will pick up fees.. take care...

Agree with all posters....also, while I have been banned. ** seems to ask more questions than ** and the fees are sometimes higher. And again, I like the books that allow you to make a credit card transaction with ** or **, but still treat it like a cash deposit (no hold time before withdrawing).

so if you wanted to put a couple thousands in (say 2k) and i used to use my ******** or credit cards, what would be the best way to go about the deposit now for US customers? It looks like if i were to put 2k in via western union i might get banned? Can you just do two seperate deposits? Thank for all the help in this new post 6/1/10 world!

I've used ** twice and showed my ID both times because of the dollar amount, to be honest I'm not real worried about it since I don't plan on having to make deposits over and over.

But like others have said you can always stay under $799 and do a couple different deposits if you're really worried about showing ID. I seriously doubt a couple $2K deposits are going to hit anybody's radar.

Anyone see that 5Dimes appears to have stopped taking **'s?? Anyone know why?

if you dont have a valid state ID that matches the name you used to send they will NOT give you your money back if there is a problem

never had a problem with it, u gotta make sure u mention u are sending to a friend so u wont have any problems. try with 50 first if u feel its not safe.

I had that happen to me. She took the money and I filled out the form, and then they said the computer was down. I couldn't hang around, so I never made that deposit.

Most counter jockeys could care less who you are sending funds too or for what reason. I have actually had clerks tell me that going over 1k requires id and clued me in to only sending $995.00. If it is a reputable book, ** is the way to go imo.

whats the big deal? i have send money to 4 different sportsbooks using western union, have send money to like 7 different countries, never had any problem. i have send so much that they enroll me to their gold card program, nowdays when i send money to deposit, i get points which i can redeem for some crap later.

dont be 2 paranoid, gambling is risk management.. just do it.. start low.. if u are going to deposit more than 1000 bucks, then u gotta show ur ssn. just have fun, western union is legit.

Was interrogated last week and MoneyGram refused to send my money. I told the lady off but she was asking some very odd questions and accused me of not knowing who I was sending money to. Be careful.

I've had a clerk send the funds to the wrong country. That took several hours to resolve. Once a clerk asked if I knew the person I was sending the money too. I replied my wife's brother in law. Those were the only times I've had issues in the ~ twenty times I've used Money Gram.

Can you deposit to Western Union via online using your debit card or whatever AND then deposit into a book OR do you have to go to a Western Union location and deposit there?

you will have to use a credit card but they won't take debit cards. You should be able to call ** toll free and do it

I pick up money on a weekly basis from Moneygram.... Never had any problems... never even been asked any questions.

They never take down my SS#.. but they do verify my ID and write the drivers liscense #.. not worried about it, just have to remember to pay taxes on them come next april.

If you transfer funds from Sportsbook to ******* account, you can then request up to $3000 ** or ** withdrawal from *******. Or a up to a $3000 check via FedEx for $30.

I have been using ******* since Jan, and have always had quick payouts with no runarounds.
