SIMPLE: Is betphoenix paying or not?

Guys, I requested 4,000 out of betphoenix and so far, they have sent me 2 moneygrams for 850.00. Then they told me that they would send me a check in 8-10 days.... yesterday they told me that check is still down, need to wire me some funds. Just sent them my wire info so i am hopeful they pay another 2k via that method.

This is similiar to what is happening right now with my cashout. I wrote out the whole story in this thread, if you're interested. The best thing you can do is request a time frame for when you can expect the bank wire to hit your account (they told me 3-4 days). Then, when they fail to deliver and admit that they haven't even started the process yet, demand FREE Moneygram and Western Union withdrawals in lieu of the wire transfer.

I haven't ever stated that I'm convinced that BP is insolvent. I've never had an account or anything to do with them.

I've asked the question why are they so slow paying (if indeed they are)

I've said that if they, or any other book, isn't paying up within reasonably accepted time then they ought to be blacklisted as prima facie they are insolvent.

I've yet to see you or anyone else mount any sort of intelligent argument to the contrary.

I was recently very worried about Bet Phoenix, but they paid me right away when I asked. You should ask to speak with a manager, and not deal with the front line people. Freddie and Richard are two people you could ask for. They won't bullshit you.

So my answer is "yes, they're paying".

They are paying by Moneygram and Western Union, and very quickly. These methods are maxed at $850 though, and come with high fees.

They currently have no ability to send checks. I tried a wire transfer instead, which they told me would take 3-4 days. A full week later, they hadn't even started the process. They agreed to do 2 Moneygrams and 1 ** instead. They also agreed to waive the fees.

If you are trying to withdraw more than $850, it can be a pain in the ass.
