Look at Bet365's rules. What is the official cite they use for grading?

Go to that site. When does it say it happened?

their rules say "Should a dispute arise, you and bet365 agree that the transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters." couldnt find anything else!

i was thinking whether to post this or not... from fifa.com:
Spain conceded a corner and Autef's delivery was perfect for Hawsawi to head low past Casillas from 12 yards. Del Bosque's side responded to the setback positively, with Villa bringing an excellent save out of goalkeeper Waleed Abdullah. However, Villa was not to be denied as he brought Spain level just past the half hour mark.

perhaps you can find official report of the match somewhere online, and see it 30 or 31st minute is listed as scoring.
wish you luck, man, hope you get it reversed...

From Bet365's rules:
Settlement of wagers
Where applicable, statistics provided by the Press Association (PA) will be used to settle wagers, unless there is indisputable evidence that the PA statistics are incorrect. Where PA stats are not provided, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement. If there is conflicting independent evidence, we will settle on the majority independent view. When this is not clear, where applicable the official league website will take priority.

In the absence of any independent evidence bets will be settled based on our own statistics.

I couldn't find an official "PA" source, but I checked Livescore. It lists the time of the second goal as "30".

What I don't know: Does a "30" on these scoring summaries mean it happened after 30 minutes of play, or during the 30th minute (from 29:00 to 29:59)?

You should download the whole match from somewhere (torrent) and check what happens at kickoff, did the time signal start properly when they kicked off. If yes, then you should ask bet $3.65 to send more screenshots about the match, example from the kickoff, or when their time signal shows 5.00, 10.00, 15.00, etc and compare with your source... 23 seconds difference is more than big.

N1K is telling the truth. 12bet have two goals scored between 15-30th minute meaning that the second goal was scored before 30:00

hello!thanks a lot for trying to help!very weird situation!i ve found some screenshots from highlights cant find whole matches though!its obvius that both start together!but as the match proceeds one of them is wrong!
from their support they sent me an email and told me they are right!
is there any way to use what pjesnik24(thx for checking) says?

exactly right

also if the match just begins and a player scored at 20 seconds for example, it will be considered he scored in the 1st minute

Scored at 1 min 30 secs it's considered the 2nd minute
