Plenty was written about it... when it passed several years ago.

The June 1st deadline is for banks to comply with the rules and regulations that were set last year. The only thing they are going after is credit card deposits.

so the solution will be: first transfer from a credit card to an e-wallet like moneybooker, paypal, egold, netteller and others and then from the e-wallet to a bookmaker account ?
