I to have been with them since it was Bowmans and i dropped them for 2 years because of their poor customer service and only went back in the last year because they offered me a 100% reload at 6time roll. Since then their wires are always within 4 business days and their new customer service is actually great.

That's a really good reasoned arguament. I just give my own honest opinion instead of jumping on the bandwagon and slagging everyone and everything off. In the last few days I have defended BWIN, Betfair and Bet365 on this site, I can't be be working for them all, I just like to see a balanced arguament and have the truth emerge. Bet365 will pay you if you win, but they are a $hit book who, likemostall UK books, only want losers/mugs.
In my eyes for a book to be decent, it has to be able to take a decent bet from mugs, normal punters and pros.
And I can see a lot of these UK outfits really struggling in the next few years as more and more people (even mugs) realise that exchanges offer better odds.
Although when I visit casinos in London there seems to be no shortage of mugs throwing their money away. I see people betting £200+ on blackjack and playing so badly they are giving the house over 5% easily. I guess its the same online if they can afford an internet connection LOLComment
