I have recently , never had a problem with them , I've never had a problem with BetPhoenix either , so don't look into these hate threads to much , send lou a PM and he will let you know if any of the books you are looking at doing business with have any outstanding pay-out complaints...

it's not really a chance in my opinion , nathan is here to help with any problems and that goes along ways with me , always nice to have someone to call and you know he will straighten out any problems you may have , with that being said , I've never had a problem...
