It doesn't matter anymore BTJ. As of Tuesday you won't be able to deposit offshore anymore anyways. Locals or quit very soon. Lines will suck, I think I'm done betting pretty soon.

You can't play if you can't move money.

Most books will be gone by Christmas. No reason Phoenix would be an exception, IMO.

They can already hassle people like crazy. Some people are cut off from using them, for excessive use. Most companies like you to use as much of their product as possible. One exception is the power company, they get you raided for growing dope if you use too much lectricity.

I could see ** fingerprinting and photographing you, and taking your SSN # for sending a dime to Managua. Maybe have a list of "gaming" related countries. I think AZ already has something like a $200 max that can be sent.

They already make you feel a criminal when sending money, many use false names ( not good when they **** it up, you might lose your money).

you can still get international money orders or cashiers checks and send it by FedEx, the books cover the charges, I have done it

BTW- last yr a book sent me cash by FedEx after I requested a withdrawal
