Let me reiterate what Mr.Dozer has requested back in post #165:
Scan your passport stamps, hotel and flight charges/receipts and it will also be helpful if you can state in what building in CR the bets were placed.
We are really trying to help assistance with your dispute, but if you can't send the info that Mr.Dozer has requested. Then I would sure like to know why not.

SGC and you just recently started posting in the past few days. Both of you are from CR and support the same fraud. Now SGC is worried because she may have lied and can't show a trip to CR 6-8 weeks ago. If her case was solid, why lie multiple times in the first place; I would think I'd know the difference between making 7 versus 26 bets in CR as Beted now reveals. Did I miss the point where BetED revealed the number of wagers placed in CR? I haven't been on in a day or so. Frankly I wouldn't know the difference between betting 7 or 26 wagers. If I send that information does betED say they will pay me in full ? I have asked betED over and over. I feel like I am going to send all this information so they can tell me that my Mom sent the money so the account invalid, or that I am a professional so the account is invalid. (I am such a pro, I made bets from a Costa Rican IP adress, and didn't call for my bonus) This or "checking with Costa Rican immigration" will take months and months.
If you read their emails to me and their post on SBR, they have left themselves multiple outs so they always have excuse not to pay. As for my posts, I am just explaining what happened. How am I not being professional? My pink and bold type and my call sign? I will try to impress everyone better next time I guess.

As for me saying it was 7 bets, that is what betED said in their original email to me. It was weeks and weeks ago, I dont remember how many it was. Like a previous poster said, their lines make it so you are basically always able to bet something that is off, it is not hard to get all in at anytime. Hahaha, sounds like a great deal SGC. Either send it and you might get paid or don't send it and you have no shot. So you do all the bending and BetED can just do whatever they want. That being said I think you're screwed because obviously while this is supposed to be an unbiased forum it seems to me that there is politics here behind the scenes. I would say send the information you stated, send the passport stamps. You're fighting a machine that isn't designed to aid the winning player so you basically have to bend over and let them stick it in just a little. I would not (and I'm sure you already know this) postup with BetED in the future though, obviously they are not responsible at all (taking signups when they say they aren't supposed to, taking the cash, and then taking the bets) and you are 110% responsible to prove everything. I am 90% player, 10% Book. I am even glad that Curious, who I personally can't stand, got a bailout against SBG. He did nothing wrong in that case, and deserved a shot at getting his money back (thanks to SBR). But this case, with over 200 posts puts me in firm support of the Book. Everyone tends to agree that she should come up with something (although the amount of information she should have to fork over is disputed). So lets give her the week, see what she comes up with. If next Monday she still hasn't come up w/ any information at all then obviously it's a bogus claim, but if she produces the information then I expect to see the advocates on this site strongly support her getting paid by BetED.
P.S. Dark Horse, she already said she would send it if BetED would guarantee payment if she did. Seems to me she is worried (and rightfully so) that BetED will just find some other reason not to pay her or to put it off. She has no problem showing she is American (read: passport) and lives in Minnesota (read: address).
If you think that providing a flight ticket to CR, and a hotel receipt from CR is more intrusive to privacy than passport and address, then indeed you do have a point...
As you know, SBR requested that info, not BetED. BetED has already agreed to abide by SBR's decision.

True, but I make the assumption that if she were to provide that information she would censor certain things. Maybe not so much with the address but for sure with the passport, no way I would send my passport copy out without more than 1/2 of it blacked out. Here in CR a passport that could pass would go for 2k at a minimum on the black market, 1/2 of getting that falsified passport is the information.Comment -

That's her best option for the time being. She knows she has very little documentation to produce, and if she were to remain in the shadows and simply be compliant with some of the requests, chances are there's not enough steam behind the case anymore. She absolutely does not want the deciding point on this case being documents, although they'd probably exonerate a truly honest person.
All she wants to do is maintain pressure on BetED, it doesn't matter how many of us realize what she's doing, so long as this thread stays active it will remain a pain in their backside. Those are the cards she's playing.Comment
