Problem with closed account on BWIN
As this is my first msg here, I would like to say hello to everyone.
I will post the same message I already sent to justin (at) sportsbookreview (dot) com in the hope that you all will learn a strong lesson from this. As I`m not perfect in english I decided that It's easy to just post that message here, as it's kinda hard for me to compose it again.
    here it goes:
    -------------
I have a problem with bwin and I heard you can help. Actually I think you're the only one that can help. First, sorry if my english is not perfect, but I will try to explain the best I can.

A month ago I created an user on bwin.com named "Realraptor07". Made my first deposid but sadly I lost it. Last week I made a deposit of 30 ron (romanian curency, 1 RON is about 0.25 euros). From that 30 ron I made about 1200 ron in one day with the help of some live bets (Initially made 120 ron then bet all of them on an event with an odd of 7.5). Made about 800 ron from that bet, then played some more and made 1200.
At that time I decided to take the money, so I emailed them an ID copy and ask them for info on how it would be the best for me to recieve the money.

The next morning I tried to log on bwin.com and my account was suspended. I checked my email and saw that I recieved an email from them stating that the account was closed on security issues. They also asked me to send them and IBAN account for them to place the remaining balance.
I sent them the IBAN and all the data related and that was the last I heard from them. Although I send them some more emails, they only responded to one, stating that I should wait.

I got the strange feeling I wont get the money, so I beg you to do something. I dont think 1200ron is that much for bwin (about 300euros), but for me it's something. I can understand the fact that they can close my account without a reason (although I swear I didnt do anything against the rules) but at least they can do is send that money so I can bet on a different site.

Thanks in advance for all your help and please reply if you need more info on the problem. Take your time

    Best regards,

    -------

So, I made the mistake of playing on bwin. Please don't do the same. I should've stayed on gamebookers, but they tempted me with a bigger live bets offer.

    Hi realraptor07,
Take my advice- call them atleast 3times and explain everything clearly.
If they do not payout tell them you'l complain to the Gambling Association & IBAS.
If you still have problem after a week ,, most likely not, go ahead and do complain to all their lisencing athorities.
For me I feel Bwin is okay and will rectify the issue and payout !

    Good luck!~

          Hey guys, thanks for posting.

Last friday (about 4 days ago) they sent me an email asking for a new IBAN as the one I sent them was incorrect (my fault). Sent them the new IBAN and today I sent them another mail asking about the situation. They wrote me back telling me the problem is still in process and they will let me know how it will turn out.
From what I recieved from them I think they will send me the money. But the fact that a betting company this big, sponsors of Real Madrid, will take 2 weeks to send 300 euros, is very strange.
I will wait and see how this turns up.

Thanks again for the interest and I will let you know how it goes!
