Net Revenue or CPA

Affiliate Net Revenue or CPA? I have been asked many times from my friends - what is the best Affiliate option - Net Revenue or CPA?

I dont know so many things about that. I know that Net Revenue is very easy to claim for your website, but for CPA - you must have very good web page - many visits etc.
Does anyone know here what is the best option for webmasters, what are the best net revenue web pages, what bookies give CPA option or hybrid? Do the bookies give the commission right and clear or they lie wtih same way when you are wagering?

I have one more question - does SBR work with these kind of problems - Affiliate?

Net revenue is the way to go.

SBR won't help you, nor should they. They are not here for affiliates.

SBR is probably the biggest affiliate of them all!
