hmm quite a few i guess. if by "decent" you mean your money must be safe but you can tolerate being limited, then try bwin, titanbet, partybets, expekt, doxxbet, noxwin... (pm me if you need friends bonus which some offer).
by far the best of course, is pinnacle, where you don't get limited.
