bookmakers licenses

im not sure, but i think, there was a topic/or section about countries that gives licenses to bookmakers and their fees - like Malta,Gibraltar,Costa Rica,Isle of Man and all other. Can somebody tell me where was it, as under bookmakers review i cant find. Or maybe it wasnt here but somewhere else? If not, somebody might tell where to find that kind of collected info.
