Well I am really frustrated right now with Sportsbetting.com. On May 12th I requested a 4 figure wire transfer withdraw from them. I was told I had to send in a scan of my cc front and back, a cc statement, my ID, and an authorization form. I sent all of that in on May 12th. They told me all of my documents were set and good to go to their accounting department. I contacted them 2 days later and they told me that they did not receive my ID and Auth form. I told them I was looking at the exact message I had sent them and it did indeed include those documents. The customer service rep quickly changed her mind and said they did receive that information. She then told me I could expect the money in my bank by Saturday. Saturday came and went and no money in my acct. I contacted them monday and they told me that I could expect the money in my account sometime this week. I contacted them yesterday to get a status at which point they told me my ID was expired which it is not. I sent them in a clearer copy of my ID. They once again told me that all my documents were set and good to go. Today I contacted them and they told me that someone has an account with them at the same address (my roommate) which they said is not allowed so I am in the process of getting that taken care of. I am really frustrated right now it seems that every day there is a new problem with my withdraw. I have been keeping on them because I have read further reviews. However this is ridiculous, not once was I sent an email or call telling me that I needed to solve these problems. I spent money that I normally wouldn't have because I expected money last week and now I'm afraid I might not even get my money. I would not recommend anyone use sportsbetting.com if you plan on winning money be prepared to be lied to and given the run-around. I'll keep this updated as new news comes in.

they would not let me and my wife have accounts there either. they give huge bonuses. low roll. but they also have limits and can be a pain in the ass when it comes to you verifing who you are. where you live. they should pay your balance. but i can see why they would not want 2 accounts at the same residence. if they let that happen i would double my winnings. and so would many others.Comment -
Me and my roommate did accept sign-up bonuses and I referred him. Our bets however were not placed on the same events. I won some money on a single game and then playing blackjack he won all of his money on blackjack. He cashed out once and succeeded and is still waiting on one check. Which is weird that now this is a problem because he cashed out once successfully and I had my account before him.Comment -

yes. everytime. on time. once the paper work is done payouts are fast. like durito said not part of sportsbook.com group. i also play at bettingexpress which is part of sportsbook.com group. i have had no problems with payouts there either. both similar but they are different. sportsbetting.com has better bonuses. bettingexpress uses *********** for quick deposits and withdrawls. been with both of them for years. delays with checks in the states was a problem a couple of years ago. but since then no complaints here on either one. i do like sportsbetting.com better.Comment -

Yeah this is awful I tried logging on today after they told me my payment will be processed today and now my account has been disabled and my withdraw has been cancelled. No one ever use this site this is the biggest pain in the ass i've had to deal with in a long time.Comment
