How safe are money processors?

Anyone heard of one going under and running off with all the funds?

How much would you keep at the following money processors, based solely on safety. I.E. not no interest, and stuff like that.

I don't know anything about the others but I've used Neteller and Moneybookers and have no concerns about leaving funds with either. Better than with 99% of bookies
