Sportsbooks with Member Transfers

What are some good sportsbooks that allow member-member transfers besides Pinnacle? I've also heard that some books allow transfers with other books. Which do this?

Mansion does member to member transfers.

WSEX, Greek, Pinny, Matchbook, etc etc do book to book.

Anybody done a member-to-member transfer at Pinny? If you have--do they suspend the free withdrawals/deposits like they do if you b2b from them?

Mansion was the first one that came into my mind as well Betplom. I did a few of those before they banned U.S. players.

I know TheGreek use to offer this service about 5 or 6 months ago until players started complaining about funds transfer form their accounts by their friends without their knowledge.
