i haven't played there for awhile and was checking to see about reloading and i saw they had a new bonus systerm ,no more cash bonuses. the bonus system looked a little confusing so i went to livechat to ask about it. Now its set up where you get a credited a % of the bonus everytime you rollover instead of getting it upfront. i went on to ask if i lost all my money and had zeroed out do i get all the bonus then( which i thought logically i would) but nope. the clerk told me the freeplay would be pending and i would have to deposit more money to make the rollover. So what it just keeps on stacking? i basically asked it i deposited 500 bucks and bet it all on one game and lost do i get any bonus, the answer was NO. thats retarded. i asked and rephrased the question a couple of times since i thought maybe there was a misunderstanding but nope. Hopefully the clerk was wrong or anybody have a sportbet or 5 dimes account can confirm if this is true or not.
