tried to request a book to book trasnfer from thegreek just now. they tell me cant withdraw cause they dont have my id. i sent them my id in 2006, they tell me its expired. as a longtime customer, they should not wait untill i am ready to withdraw to tell me they need another copy of my id. i have wagered hundreds of thousands of dollars maybe over a million there over the years. requested numerous payouts. they claim to0 have fast payouts but its not right to put me through loops. i cant get to a scanner on the weekend. the least they could have done was warned me that my id is expiring and to send a new one BEFORE i request my payout. if i wanted to wait days for a withdrawl, i would play at books that make you wait.

It's the player's responsibility to make sure he/she has valid ID on file.
I worked a dispute two days ago where a player was upset that he supplied a copy of his (expired) passport as ID and was asked to submit a valid, non-expired ID. It's fair.Comment -

You re right, they are just waiting to see if you decide to wager some more during the process of sending the docs, and obviously loose some $ so you can withdrawl less or nothing.
Why they didnt tell you anything when you made the last deposit ?????

got no problem with the security checks. just dont SURPRISE me with needing ANOTHER copy of my ID when i request a withdrawl. give me notice and its no problem at all. i would not expect this from a top book.Comment
