I requested $1000 from my 5dimes.com to my matchbook account in early this morning. at around 7 am, 5dimes deducted $1000 from my account. an hour later, matchbook just credit my account $500. $500 is missing. I logged into my 5dimes account and check the transaction, and it stated that" -$1000 Doughflow took the money out from one side but not on ASI so it had to be done manually". what does it mean?

Please contact 5dimes to confirm the amount of your transfer". then I E-mailed to 5dime two times to ask them to confirm the amount of $1000 to matchbook. so far, 5dime still haven't replied me. Before i did many times of B2B transfer with out any problems. how come this time?Comment -

#4Hmmm.. Seems really shady on 5Dimes part. Seems like Matchbook received a $500 b2b from 5Dimes. Maybe the guy doing the transfer took the other $500 if it isnt in your account. 5Dimes wont answer your emails any time soon. They never do. I would call 5Dimes asses right now and DEMAND to speak to the manager on this matter. That should get the ball roling. As for me, ill take your 2 SBR points if you dont mind. LMAO , But seriously call them ASAP.Comment -
