Usually people sign up unaware that SBR even exist, knowing nothing about ratings etc. Attracted by their brilliant bonuses. It's only when they are having an issue, they look for help and find SBR.

Yes, but it's a calculated one if you do it right. What do you want, 100% of getting paid and a 0% of winning or a 90% chance of getting paid with a a 90% chance of winning. Dramatic example but it's out there.
