    Fanduel Wont let you withdraw

    FANDUEL will not let you withdraw after big win .


    I am regular bettor on fanduel , 4-5 parlays every day . On Jan 4th , i was kicked out of my account multiple times & i realized maybe someone is trying to hack into my account. I changed password and enabled 2fa and it stopped. They have worst security and customer protection aniways .


    I won $15000 off live roulette same day & tried to withdraw it . Since then my account is locked


    I only used my **** debit for deposits & never used any other card . They are coming up with a random card number used on Jan 4th & making it a issue to process my withdrawal. They will come up with any reason & their self paid hackers will go to any extent after a win .
    Keep your banking safe

    Why do they say they care about the other card number?

    Are they saying a deposit was not honored on it?

    15k on live roulette the same day you changed your password after being kicked out of your account, you have their attention that's for sure

    I have made 15k from scratch that day $100-$200

    They just confirmed that my accounts was hacked on same day and all my wagers were fraudulent.

    Ignoring the fact that i have made multiple deposits on same day using my own card , won atleast 2 $30> $500 parlays & received parlay insurance on some same day . I surely had enough money to start with same day.

    If you're account was hacked, it's understandable that they need to investigate and get a handle on it before processing anything.

    I was recently suspended for "unusual activity" that they ended up admitting was nothing. Took 10 days and many documents to get my account back.

    I don't think it's that they don't want you to withdraw or give you your number. They're just very sensitive. They do take their sweet time to respond and process, but again I don't think it's for nefarious reasons.

    There will not be much SBR or any third party can do to act on your behalf directly as this is a security/identity issue. They will only deal with you in the first instance.

    It is not fair or reasonable for them to not pay you simply for being hacked, unless they believe you are somehow a part of the hack and its an attempt to cheat the system.

    In order to have AGCO mediate the matter, you first need to make an attempt to follow the Fanduel dispute resolution process, and if that does not help, obtain a dispute reference number from Fanduel to give AGCO to confirm the matter is at a deadlock.

    Step 1) Email sportsbook@fanduel.com with the Email Subject "Formal Complaint". Tell them you have tried to resolve this with customer service and have gotten nowhere. Say you would like to lodge a formal complaint with AGCO and require them to give you a Complaint Reference Number.

    I have raised formal dispute as advised by agco & i informed agco again about ongoing dispute. Fanduel confirmed twice my account was hacked and there was unauthorized access and it seems normal to fanduel .

    Did AGCO agree to investigate?

    If so, what did they say?

    If not, what was their reason?

    Did you get a dispute reference number from FanDuel before approaching AGCO?

    Something smells here. I'm assuming the AGCO is the gaming commish in Canada? If you aren't a scammer you should be paid. Unless the AGCO is part of the hacking network you r blabbing about? I never had a problem getting paid from Fanduel. I won way more than 15k

    Fanduel have 28 days max under the Ontario license I believe.

    But if they have given the OP a dispute number that means they have completed investigations and just have to hand their argument/evidence over.

    I was welll over 90 days dealing with that corrupt Opta Data statistics the NORTHSTARBETS.CA used for the World cup. They did not honor the FIFA results but used an unheard of stats company. As far as I'm concerned, they were colluding to screw World Cup punters that hit anything.

    Shots on Target were way off on their grading Senegal/Qatar and other sites matched FIFA. AGCO basically told me that since North warned you they were using Opta Data ( which they did have disclaimer in each and every offering for the World Cup which I should have been suspicious of) they warned North about using obscure data or statical sites. League owned/operated sites are the only legitimate sources.

    OK so I'm trying to understand this? If your account was hacked (that is an entirely different issue altogether) and the "hackers" had 15K in winnings, it was their money not yours. so what exactly are you complaining about? the money wasn't yours to begin with!...and why would you request a withdrawal knowing full well the winnings weren't yours?...How did those winnings magically appear in your account? someone had to be wagering, yes? was it you? or someone else? I think we all know the answer. you and your friends err I mean "hackers" tried to scam the FD book and take a shot at them.

    I was playing live roulette and won everything of $100-$150

    I hit twice in a row

    2nd time it was 500x

    I have no idea about hackers deposit or anything

    I got know about it once they stopped my withdrawals and asked for a debit card that i never used . I use only 1 card for all my transactions.

    If your account was hacked four or five times and they made deposits using another credit card, how did you NOT notice more funds in your account from those deposits that you didn't make? I understand you hitting the parlays and live roulette but you should have noticed something wrong with your overall balance. anyhow, good luck getting your money.
