having issues with Wagerchief as far as payouts go? To make a long story short, I requested a withdrawal by check on the 6th and it still has not been processed yet...I was told on the 8th that I would receive it in 7 to 10 days and that I would get an email when it was sent out...I received no email, so I decided to check back today on the status of it and I come to find out that it still has not been sent out and will not be until the 16th. I was told they are having issues with getting withdrawals out due to a backlog which really concerns me as I do not understand how this can happen if they have the money in an offshore account ...I have a pretty sizable amount (5-figures), which makes it even worse as that is a shit ton of money to me. I really did not want to go to the forums with this which is why I have waited this long, but it is extremely frustrating when it is so easy to make a deposit, but yet so hard to get your money in a timely manner...

asked for a check for the limit couple weeks ago. called 2 biz days later ask for SHAWN my account manager to see why it had not been taken out of my account. was told there was a short delay for checks but bank wires would go right out. asked if the delay in my check withdrawl would affect the date when i could ask for my next free withdrawl in 30 days. then was offered to have bank wire send free for double the original amount for the delay in the check for free of course. love the way they handle any problems that may come up. if you have a problem. call them up. ask for your account manager. come back here tell us how the problem was handled. every problem that i have read about always worked out in favor of the customer. every time. can't ask for more than that.

these guys are a great book, they take care of there customers all the time, I have had no problems with them and Jon and Sean are very understandable, I am sure they will not stiff you.

I will keep everyone apprised of the situation...I don't doubt that my payout will get taken care of eventually, my only issue is the fact that my money has been sitting in my account for eight days and my payout has yet to be processed. I currently have money in Sportsbook as well and my bank wire took only two days to get approved, so it is just disheartening to me that a book which is rated a D- has taken less time to approve a withdrawal request for me than a book rated a B+...it should be the other way around. I am a patient person, so I can wait a week or two for a payout as long as I know it has been processed and is on the way...that's all I'm asking.

Sorry I've been kinda busy the past few days so I haven't time to update...I talked to both Shawn and Jon and they helped get me paid. Jon said they've been having problems with their processors as far as getting checks out, so he sent me $1150 via moneygram and I have another $850 to pick up via Western Union, all free of charge. Jon even offered to send the rest of my balance free of charge, but I told him I didn't mind leaving it with them, as I felt confident enough in talking with them that my money was safe. As far as I'm concerned, if you have any issues at all, just talk to one of those two and they'll get you squared away.
