Pinnaclesports - "compromised" casino, do not play!

Would like to share with you my infos about pinnaclesports (pinbet)...
I have deposited into my pinbet account 270 USD via moneybookers. I have started to play on Casino, at European Roullete and I have lost all of my money in about 10 minutes (with small bets like 1-5 USD) because that roullete is not fair and does not have Random Number Generator. I have place bets on 50/50 chances, like red/black, 1-18/19-36, odd/even...and the roullete gaved only the oposite of what I was betting, for example: I placed 7-8 consecutive bets on odd, and the roullete gaved 7-8 consecutive even numbers. Imediatly after that, I placed 5-6 consecutive bets on 19-36...and the roullete gaved 5-6 consecutive 1-18 numbers. I placed bets on five from six "six number" blocks, meaning I have placed bets on 1-6 block, 13-18 block, 19-24 block, 25-30 block and 31-36 block...with 83.33% chances to win, and the roullete gaved 4 consecutive numbers from 7-12 block... That roullete is not fair and does not have Random Number Generator. The roullete plays against the gambler, that is POSITIVE!
I have sent them 2 e-mails asking them to pay me back the money lost on that "compromised" Roullete... Their answer was about "Our Roulette is set to be random in its processing and randomness is impossible to explain" ... I know that I will never see my money back, but would like to share this informations with you, because of those "player always loose" algorithms implemented in that "European Roullete" owned by Pinnaclesports.

There are websites out there that can calculate if your results were fair. Try googling "are my results fair" and something will probably show up in the first couple of pages.

You need to know how much you turned over and your avg. stake.

If what you are saying is true it should be extremely unlikely that you would lose your money in only about 10 minutes on low stakes like that.

I checked in the practice casino. I don't know if in the real casino there is such a thing as a "fast spin" feature, but assuming there isn't, then you could do 9 spins p/m at the max. Since you varied your bets and did not just click rebet/respin, let's say you managed 7 spins p/m. Your "about 10 minutes" we'll say is 12 minutes in reality. This would take you to about 84 spins, for a wagering of $420.

The chance of losing $270 in 84 spins @ 50/50 shots (slightly less, but shouldn't count in this instance) is about 1 to Infinity according to the calculator I came across. I am not sure I used it correctly, but it sounds about right that it should be impossible to lose everything if you wagered like you explained.

I don't think you'll get very far complaining, but I wish you all the best. If you can, ask for the session history so that it can be reviewed by players here.

You can view all the odds/variables fair or not and they will simply state that the Casino is random yadda yadda yadda. The best thing to do is to stay away from ALL online Casinos altogether.
