Well, for starters you can bet the limits at both places, The Greek and BetJamaica that is, and not worry about violating any over the limit issues. Whereas, if they were under the same company, most would not allow this. I was even told by a CS rep at Diamond that I might need special approval to bet the limits at Diamond and Bookmaker on the same play.
