I understand that this book is Invitation Only, but what's the deal with the APPLY NOW button at the top right corner? I click on it and a signup form comes up. Does this mean I can sign up? Seems to be a pretty cruel joke if there's a signup form asking for all your personal info. and then you find out that they're not even accepting applications. Please advise.

I signed up before like that even when they were invite only and they still accepted me. Never deposited as they said min deposit is $300. A little too rich for my blood

I applied about a month ago ,called them right after . I was told that they will send out invitations sometimes before
NFL season (not to every one) .

they allowed me to fill out the registration form, but can't get account after signed up.. how come?

i signed up a month ago, they gave me an identification number and something about someone calling me, but it never happened...

You only applied (you didn't create an account). The # you were given is an application reference # . They will send an invitations sometimes before NFL season .

I received an invitation about a month ago. To be honest, the book isn't all the special to me. The CS has been very helpful though.

I think heritage should be a small company. they are afraid of winning players. they will invite you only if you were referred by the losing players at their site.

Heritage

Heritage is a very good sportsbook. The get off your bet(max$500) at HT promo they run during football is awesome. I'm a winner and they have no problem with that so far. I'll name a book that does not like winners. 5Dimes. They cut my limits in half after winning a few bucks. Have not even made a withdraw yet.

Heritage has the best customer service I've ever experienced. This is a far cry from Greek/Cris where you have to speak to a manager to get anything above a mongoloid-esque response. Greek actually isn't near as bad as Cris, which has a solid play at worst CS in the industry.

My Brother lives at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco, he actually lives 1 floor below the kid that invented youtube. Whenever I visit him it is nothing but top notch service from all the people that work at the Ritz. They go above and beyond what is needed to please you. That is what I compare Heritage's Customer Service with. There is not one book in the industry as far as Customer Service is concerned that even compares to Heritage. They know what they are doing and they have my utmost respect in all aspects.
